This charming and creative home is located in a quiet family neighborhood full of sunlight and mature trees featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, modern living and dining area and a large backyard. The house is within 5 min walk from Starbucks, McDonald’s and other cafes and restaurants. Walmart and grocery stores within a walking distance. 10 min drive to hospitals, Western University, and major parks. We are 1 hr away from the Lake Huron beaches.

The house has work desk and is pet friendly.

The house is a semi-detached raised bungalow. It has many windows on each floor and is very bright and quiet.

You are welcome to connect your phone to the Anker Bluetooth speaker in the kitchen. We even have a special playlist on Spotify if you feel like trying something new. You can access the playlist here.
