The space

1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom suite with a comfortable sofa bed (queen) to sleep up to 4 people comfortably. This walk out suite offers floor to ceiling windows that look out on an XL enclosed, private patio with seating. Enjoy the top of the line appliances, large island and the comforts of being located in the heart of Kensington.

The suite is fully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable trip. From shampoos and body-wash to salt, pepper and oil. We supply fresh linens and everything you need to prepare meals at home.

The building has a gorgeous rooftop patio with views of Sunnyside, downtown, the mountains and Kensington.

Guest access

PARKING: We do not have parking inside the building but there is paid street level parking and free guest parking which is located on the same block at a neighbouring building.

Parking is NOT included.

Parking Options:

  1. Street Parking (Some streets are free in the area, please check the signs)
  2. Public Parking (there is a lot one block down on 2nd Ave SW, between 10th and 9a)
  3. Request for Underground Secured Parking at the Building, cost of $15/Day

C-Train (LRT) is in front of the building, you can take it to go downtown or to the Hospitals/University of Calgary

Additional Rules

  • Please remove all shoes before entering the place
  • We will need to verify and register all guest information with the building management as part of their rental policy. A photo of all guest photo ID (with the ID # visible and up to date) to be sent to our email upon confirming the reservation.
  • It is required from building management to enhance safety of our guests and other tenants in the building.
  • Before going to building, please pick up keys at KeyNest location which will be shared upon confirm your reservation.
  • Quiet time after 10pm
  • For late check out without notification, additional charge is $100 + cleaning fee or $50/h starting from 11.30am, whichever is greater.
